Hi, I’m Jenny Nechvatal

I am a mother of three children, two of whom are living with a disability, I am currently running my business Innovate Support Coordination. Prior to this I was an Early Childhood teacher, with over 30 years of experience in the early childhood sector.

Combining the lived experience of being a parent and my workplace experiences within the early childhood sector in conjunction with my experience as a support coordinator, advocating for individuals living with a disability. I hope to support families and early childhood educators to better understand the experience of families living with a diagnosis. I aim to achieve this by providing insight and offer solutions on how to manage with the everyday aspects of supporting those living with a disability and their support unit. This is something I am extremely passionate about, it is rewarding to observe the abilities of these children, through the implementation of strategies allowing each child to reach their full potential.
